Live Fearlessly!
Men's Self Defence
Empowering Men in our community
Feel Confident, Assess The Situation, Take Positive Action

Instructor profiles
With the ever increasing threat to our personal safety, it is more important then ever to be able to protect ourselves in all situations.
The Men’s self defence Seminars and Courses will give you more confidence, certainty and will help to create a feeling of security and self assurance.

You don’t need to become a martial arts expert to be able to defend yourself. All you need is to increase your Situational Awareness, and learn a few well tried and proven techniques to break contact from a harmful or threatening situation.
It is the goal of Self Defence NZ to provide written information, videos, Seminars and courses to help empower you to become a stronger, more powerful and self assured man.
This self assuredness will not only be on a physical level, but mentally, emotionally and socially as well.
It is one of our goals to help stop violence, aggression and hostility, that is currently a concern for our society in New Zealand.
