7. Sage presents peach
Exercise sequence:
Standing feet shoulder width apart, as you breathe in pendulum your weight slowly across to your right ball of foot and simultaneously raise your left hand palm facing upwards out and in front of your right shoulder. All weight should be on right ball of foot, as you breathe out pendulum the weight back to your right heel only and lower your hand back by your side and repeat on other side. Repeat this movement for 3-5 minutes or longer if required to achieve results.

Theory of healing applications:
- Particularly good for those doing intellectual work by helping to calm the nerves,
relieving Anxiety, Stress and Depression
- Restores energy and induces a sound sleep and is highly recommended for insomniacs.
In Chinese medicine this movement relates to earth and fire and is particularly good for tonifying the Sp, St & Ht and aids in housing the Shen.
